Let’s Do Lavender began when Susan Zuspan, founder of Let’s Do Lavender, moved to beautiful Sequim and fell in love with lavender. That was in the year 2000 and inspired by her love of lavender, she has been creating lavender products ever since.  She found her niche in Sequim, lavender capital of North America, since she always enjoyed creating interesting and unique craft projects.

Let’s Do Lavender is a home based business with about two hundred lovely lavender plants surrounding Susan’s home.  It is from these homegrown and pampered plants that the lavender buds used in her products are produced.  Many of the Let’s Do Lavender products are hand-sewn, or hand-embroidered and all are made with attention paid to quality and uniqueness.

Our organic lavender farms lie in the foothills of the Olympic Mountains that surroud us with forests of tall fir and hemlock.

It is here where the crystal clear water runs down from ancient glaciers and pure air blows in from the high country, that herbs first revealed their magic to us-their power to relax the spirit, to ease the pains of mind and body, and to purify the air. May the magic be with you!

The Sequim Lavender Company at 'Sunnyside' is fashioned out of a pioneer's homestead in the eastern edge of Clallam County in Northwest Washington State. The area is under the influence of the famous "Blue Hole" weather influence, making lavender growing possible by the suitable and friendly soil types, mild seasonal climates and plenty of sun with a southern exposure. The land has a productive history of sustaining its caretakers and providing for their daily needs.

The Sequim Lavender Company is committed to treating the earth in the least intrusive manner using natural and earth friendly skills and products, and inviting mother nature to instruct us and guide our decisions.

We harvest over a dozen different varieties of lavender and use the appealing floral buds in our specially designed 'Orphan Sock', 'Sunnyside Hat',  'Lavender Dog Bandana' and sachets, in addition to offering loose lavender buds and dried bouquets.
